Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items purchased from KoraMart are eligible for return within our standard return window.

Eligible items include:

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Items purchased within the last 30 days
  • Products with all original tags and documentation intact
  • Items not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return Timeframe

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. This applies to all standard items.

How we count the days:

  • The return period begins on the date your order is delivered
  • Weekends and holidays are included in the count
  • Returns must be initiated within this window; items received after 30 days may not be accepted

Extended returns: During the holiday season (November 1 - December 31), we extend our return window to 60 days to give you extra time.

Return Conditions & Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused and unworn with all original tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Documentation: Include all original receipts, invoices, and documentation
  • Accessories: All included accessories, cables, and components must be included
  • Hygiene: Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or use

Partial refunds: Items that show signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, typically 50-75% of the original purchase price.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request a Return

Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return." Alternatively, contact our customer service team at support@koratec.store with your order number.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization number (RMA) and prepaid shipping label via email. Keep this number for your records.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and inside with the item.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid shipping label provided. Drop off at any authorized carrier location. Track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
